These Terms of Use apply to the use of QR codes, the website www.memory-sticker.com, and all associated digital services provided by Privilege Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). By scanning a QR code and/or using the website, you agree to these terms.
Each QR code links to a personalized web page. On this page, you can upload a digital message ("Media Content") once, including: Audio recordings Videos Images Texts The uploaded content is permanently linked to the QR code and can be accessed anytime by scanning it.
All uploaded media content is stored for a minimum of two (2) years and is freely accessible and reproducible during this period. After the initial 2 years, a yearly storage fee will be charged when the media is accessed again. No automatic charges will be made: The user retrieving the content will be prompted to enter their payment information before accessing it. If no payment is made, the content will remain stored but inactive for an additional five (5) years. Thus, the total maximum storage duration is seven (7) years.
Media content can be uploaded only once per QR code. After submission, content cannot be modified, deleted, or replaced. The Provider accepts no liability for the content uploaded by users.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload any content that: Violates applicable laws Is offensive, discriminatory, violent, or pornographic Infringes on copyrights or personal rights of others The Provider reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
By uploading your content, you grant the Provider a non-exclusive, technical right to store and deliver the content via the associated QR code. The content will not be used commercially or shared with third parties.
The Provider strives to maintain a high level of availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Provider is not liable for technical failures, data loss, or playback errors, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website. Users will be informed of significant changes the next time they scan a QR code.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence state otherwise.
